A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: ESNG Clayton Controller (2024.0002)
Eastern Shore Natural Gas is proposing to utilize a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Automatic Blanket Certificate to construct, own, operate, and maintain a natural gas controller station near N. Bassett St. and Duck Creek Pkwy in Clayton, Kent County, DE. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
