DNREC Notice No. WHS20240009

The Department has adopted a plan regarding the clean-up of the 215-219 N Tatnall Street Site located in Wilmington. The Site is currently undeveloped, but previously contained rowhouses. The Site requires a restriction on use of groundwater at the Site to ensure elimination of exposure to existing Site groundwater for future Site users and compliance with a Contaminated Materials Management Plan.

DNREC issued a public notice of the Proposed Plan for the 215-219 N Tatnall Street Site on December 3, 2023. There were no comments or questions from the public regarding the Proposed Plan. Details of the Final Plan are available online at: https://den.dnrec.delaware.gov.
