Subaqueous Lands Lease

Harts Landing Homeowners Association (334-18.00-2.00) – To construct a 4 by 12 foot long gangway, a 5 by 20 foot long floating dock and a 5 by 14 foot long floating kayak launch and to utilize the existing structures in Love Creek, south of Annondell Drive (38.704862, -75.163292), Harts Landing Community, Lewes, Sussex County, DE.

Margaret Dulany (334-18.00-0187.00) – To utilize and maintain a 3 by 5 foot long pier and a 6 by 14 foot long dock in Arnell Creek, at Old Landing, 10 Club House Drive, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE.

Subaqueous Lands Lease Supplemental

Matthew and Wendy Milstead (533-19.16-10.00) – To maintain an existing 5 by 30 foot long dock, a 6 by 30 foot long dock, and a boatlift with four (4) associated pilings, and to install two (2) 5 by 14 foot long floating PWC docks, a 5 by 10 foot long floating dock, a 3 by 10 foot long floating dock, a 3 by 10 foot long gangway, and a 5 by 14 foot long kayak launch in Roy Creek at 38389 River Birch Drive, Keenwik on the Bay, Selbyville, Sussex County, DE.

K. Hovanian’s Four Seasons at Belle Terre, LLC. (334-12.00-17.00) – To install a 40 inch by 5 foot long floating dock and 5 by 14 foot long floating kayak dock in Hetty Fisher Glade, at Four Seasons at Belle Terre Common Area off Ursulines Ct., Lewes, Sussex County, DE.

Delaware Center for the Inland Bays – To plant native submerged aquatic vegetation via hand broadcasting seed and or planting reproductive shoots within 1 to 2 acre plots in Little Assawoman Bay at the following centroid GPS locations; Zone a (38.497362, -75.06958) Zone b (38.499977, -75.077597) and Zone c (38.495871, -75.064081), Sussex County, DE.
