This is a hybrid meeting with in-person attendance available as well as a virtual option. The hybrid public workshop will be held on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, beginning at 1:00 p.m. at 391 Lukens Drive, New Castle, DE 19720. Statements and testimony may be presented either orally or in writing at the public workshop. The Department will accept written comments postmarked (or emailed) no later than Monday, June 26, 2023.
