Federal Consistency Certifications have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following:

Caswell Dock and Boat Lift (2022.0003) — The applicant proposes to construct a 6′ by 100′ fixed dock with a 4-piling boat lift at Lot 28, Bay Harbor Circle, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, Delaware (Tax Map Parcel #3-34-19.00-1135.00) to provide mooring for 3 boats.

650 Churchmans Road Warehouse NWP 39 (2022.0004) — Churchmans 273, LLC proposes to use USACE Nationwide Permit 39 to construct an approximately 810,000 square foot warehouse at 650 Churchmans Road, New Castle, New Castle County, Delaware, which will include filling approximately 360 linear feet (0.106 acres) of a blue line watercourse located on the project site.

Lewes Harbor Marina (2022.0005) — Lewes Harbor Marina, Inc. proposes to install up to 24 new free-standing outer pilings for mooring larger vessels and remove 12 deteriorating finger piers and replace them with 12 new 30-foot by 4-foot finger piers at 211 Anglers Road, Lewes, DE 19958 (Tax Map Parcel #3-35-8.08-151.00).
