Notice has been given that:

Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, LLC, requests a (construction) permit to construct a distillation column with a production capacity of 64,600 gallons per year, ten (10) 2,150 gallon totes, one (1) 80 gallon tote, and 1,170 aging casks (53 gal. each) at their 6 Cannery Village Center, Milton, Sussex County facility. The existing facility and this new equipment will be permitted to emit 7.44 TPY VOC by Permit# APC-2021/0008-CONSTRUCTION (MNSR).

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending August 24, 2020. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
