Federal Consistency Determinations have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: USDA FSA Grain Storage Bin (2020.0093)
The USDA, Farm Service Agency (FSA) is proposing to provide financing to construct a 42-foot, 13-ring grain storage bin with 39,400 bushel capacity on a farm at 1027 Alley Mill Rd, Smyrna, Kent County, DE 19977.
Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted for 20 days from the date of this notice.
