Project Description: Jack Lingo Asset Management proposes to install a pump station, approximately fourteen hundred (1400) feet of four (4) inch diameter sanitary sewer force main, four thousand two hundred and six (4,206) feet of eight (8) inch diameter sanitary gravity sewer, eight hundred and sixty-nine (869) feet of six (6) inch diameter sanitary gravity sewer to serve 13 apartment buildings and 2 residential lots. The gravity sewer flows to a proposed onsite Pump Station that will discharge a proposed onsite 4” force main to an onsite Manhole. The project will be located at West Denney’s Road – approximately 450 feet southwest of Carlisle Drive, Dover.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 14 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
