Project Description: K Hovnanian’s Four Seasons at Scenic Manor, LLC has requested an allocation permit for one proposed landscape irrigation well with a capacity of 200 gpm. The requested allocation is 0.07 MGD, 0.112 MG per month, and 6.72 MG per year. The well will be located 4.8 miles south of Lewes in Sussex County.
