The Department has adopted a plan regarding the clean-up of the 112A Street Site located in Wilmington. The Site has had various commercial uses such as a construction company and landscaping equipment storage. The site requires a restriction on the use of groundwater at the Site, capping of the contaminated soils, and long-term monitoring to ensure protectiveness of the remedy for future Site users.

DNREC issued a public notice of the Proposed Plan for the 112 A Street Site on October 27,2024. There were no comments or questions from the public regarding the Proposed Plan. Details of the Final Plan are available online at: den.dnrec.delaware.gov
