Patricia Denney has requested an allocation permit for one proposed irrigation well with a capacity of 300 gpm. The requested allocation is .43 MGD, 13.0 MG per month, and 26.0 MG per year. The well will be located 1.3 miles West of Leipsic in Kent County, on Fast Landing Rd. Tax parcel LC-00-038.00-01-09.00.000.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received by July 10, 2023, at 4:30 p.m. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
