R J Farms Limited Partnership has requested an allocation permit for one proposed irrigation well with a capacity of 500 gpm. The requested allocation is 0.72 MGD, 5.76 MG per month, and 11.52 MG per year. The well will be located 6.2 miles East of Laurel in Sussex County, on James Road. Tax parcel 2-32-09.00-0001.00.

Prairie Grains LLC has requested a modification of an allocation permit for one proposed irrigation well with a capacity of 800 gpm. The requested allocation is 1.3 MGD, 38.9 MG per month, and 466.6 MG per year. The well will be located 2.8 miles North of Harrington in Kent County, on South Dupont Highway. Fifer Orchards, Inc has requested an allocation permit for two proposed irrigation wells with a combined capacity of 700 gpm. The requested allocation is 1.0 MGD, 30.2 MG per month, and 60.5 MG per year. The well will be located 2.2 miles West of Camden in Kent County, on Westville Road. Tax parcel NM-00-093.00-02-12.00.000.

Douglas Corey has requested an allocation permit for one proposed irrigation well with a capacity of 400 gpm. The requested allocation is 0.58 MGD, 17.4 MG per month, and 34.8 MG per year. The well will be located 1.8 miles South of Bridgeville in Sussex County, on Rifle Range Road. Tax parcel 1-31-15.00-0043.00.

Timothy Kozlaski has requested an allocation permit for one proposed irrigation well with a capacity of 600 gpm. The requested allocation is 0.75 MGD, 22.5 MG per month, and 45.0 MG per year. The well will be located 4.4 miles West of Lincoln in Sussex County, on Blacksmith Shop Road. Tax parcel 1-30-08.00-0028.00.
