The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application for the construction of wastewater conveyance has been received concerning the following:

Schell Brothers, LLC proposes to install a duplex sanitary sewer submersible pump station, approximately two thousand three hundred and nine linear feet (2,309 LF) of four (4) inch diameter force main and related appurtenances to serve the proposed one hundred and nineteen (119) single family lot Miralon subdivision located on the east side of Cool Spring Road just south of the Forest Road intersection southeast of Milton in Sussex County, Delaware. The proposed force main will discharge to a future six (6) inch diameter Artesian Wastewater Management force main located on the east side of Cool Spring Road in front of the Miralon subdivision.

A public hearing concerning the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before May 8, 2022. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
