The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from:
Norman Stephen Price Revocable Trust proposes to construct a submersible sanitary sewer pump station, an emergency generator and approximately two thousand eight hundred and thirty-five linear feet (2,835 LF) of four (4) inch diameter force main to serve forty-one (41) single family homes and one hundred and thirty-eight (138) townhomes in the proposed Milos Haven subdivision located on the north side of the intersection of Peppers Corner Road and Lizzard Hill Road southwest of Ocean View in Sussex County, Delaware. The force main will be installed within Milos Haven, then extend north across the adjacent lands of Michelle Baldwin, then extend north along Kennel Road until it discharges into a proposed sanitary sewer manhole in Beaver Dam Road.

A public hearing concerning the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before September 2, 2020. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
