The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from:

LMHT, LLC of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, to install an E-ONE grinder pump station and approximately five linear feet of one and half inch (5 LF of 1.5”) of forcemain to serve the proposed 49,450 SF of Plantation Square Commercial Center, located on Plantation Road, approximately 870 linear feet north of Route 24, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, Delaware. The pump station will be located within the commercial development. The forcemain will be constructed from the E-ONE grinder pump station and discharge into a 2” forcemain located on Plantation Road, Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

A public hearing concerning the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before August 11, 2021. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
