A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: USDA Choi Solar Project (2024.0039)

The U.S. Department of Agriculture proposes to fund the installation of a 106.2 KW ground-mounted solar system at 33310 Horsey Church Rd, Laurel, Sussex County, DE. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
