Notice has been given that:
Verizon Wireless requests ten operation permits to operate portable generators at their 41 Southgate Boulevard, New Castle, Delaware facility. The generators will be exclusively permitted to operate less than 100 hours for testing and maintenance purposes, limiting the total emissions to 0.60 TPY of Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), 0.05 TPY of Sulfur Oxides (SOx), 0.04 TPY of Particulate Matter (PM), 0.16 TPY of Carbon Monoxide (CO), and 0.5 TPY of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) by Permit: APC-2021/0063, Permit: APC-2021/0064, Permit: APC-2021/0065, Permit: APC-2021/0066, Permit: APC-2021/0067, Permit: APC-2021/0068, Permit: APC-2021/0069, Permit: APC-2021/0070, Permit: APC-2021/0071, Permit: APC-2021/0072.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending April 26, 2021. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
