Notice has been given that:
Superior Contractor Services, Inc., requests a permit amendment to operate (1) Pegson Premitrax 2644 Jaw Crusher, (1) Terex-Finlay I-100 RS Impact Crusher, and associated equipment at 20873 Old Landing Road, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, Delaware (Tax Map Parcel # 334-19.00-1.00). The equipment will be permitted to emit 0.29 TPY of PM, 2.8 TPY of PM10, 11 TPY of NOX, 6.2 TPY of CO, 1 TPY of VOC, and 2.2 TPY of SOX by Permit# APC-2015/0047-OPERATION (Amendment 9).

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending October 17, 2022. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
