Notice has been given that:
Sussex County Government requests permission for the operation of one (1) diesel fired emergency generator, rated 1536 kW (2218HP) at South Coastal Regional Wastewater Facility located at 33711 South Coastal Lane, Frankford, Sussex County, Delaware. The engine used in this generator set complies with U. S. EPA regulations under the provisions of 40 CFR 89, Non-Road Tier II emissions limits. Permit # APC-2021/0091-CONSTRUCTION(NSPS)(GACT)

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending March 29, 2021. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
