Notice has been given that:

Agilent Technologies, Inc., requests construction permits to modify the stacks of two ovens at their First State Blvd, Newark Delaware facility to accommodate for increase production through the ovens. The ovens will be permitted to emit 0.7 TPY of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC), 0.7 TPY of Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAP), 4.29 TPY of Ammonia, and 0.98 TPY of Acetone each by Permit# Permit: APC-1997/0521-Construction (Amendment 01) and Permit: APC-1992/0006-Construction/Operation (Amendment 02).

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending January 11, 2020. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
