A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: HUD 439 Bradford Street (2025.0003)

The applicant proposes to use U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development public development funds for reconstruction and improvements to utilities at 439 Bradford Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
