The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean-up the 518 S. Heald Street site located in Southbridge Wilmington. The Site has had various commercial uses dating back to the 1930s with a former limousine storage and repair facility being the most recent known use. The Proposed Plan includes the requirements of a restriction on use of groundwater at the Site, capping of the soil, and long-term stewardship to eliminate the exposure of future Site users to existing Site soils and groundwater.
