The Department invites public comment on an amended proposal to clean up the Trails & Pathways, Christina Pedestrian Bridge Site in Wilmington, DE. The Site was historically a former railroad grade and bridge where both were removed. The proposed remedy includes operating under a Contaminated Material Management Plan, removal of visible waste material and recording an Environmental Covenant. The amended plan clarifies the details of the Environmental Covenant.
