Notice is hereby given that Allan Myers, Delaware, Inc. has submitted an application, pursuant to 7 DE Admin. Code 1102, Section 2.1, 11.2.9, and 12.3 for an amendment at 3700 Bay Road, Dover, Delaware.
Allan Myers, Delaware, Inc. requests a limit for 8,736 hours for its Terex Trakpactor 320 impactor. The impactor complies with Minor New Source Review without permitted hours and fuel usage limitations. These limits are necessary to restrict Allan Myers, Delaware, Inc.’s potential to emit air pollutants, and the limit will be enforceable by the EPA and the state. The crusher’s permitted emissions are 0.47 TPY NMHC, 0.99 TPY NOx, 0.019 TPY SOx, 8.7 TPY CO, and 5.43 TPY PM10. Total potential estimated emissions from the facility are 17.02 TPY TOC, 49.56 TPY NOx, 6.59 TPY SOx, 57.79 TPY CO, and 59.49 TPY PM10.

A public hearing concerning the permitting action will not be held unless the Secretary of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control receives a request for such hearing within thirty (30) days from the date of this notice, ending June 1, 2020. A request for a hearing shall be in writing and must show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
