Notice is hereby given that the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control’s Division of Air Quality has canceled the public hearing (Docket #2020-P-A-0006) scheduled for Thursday, March 12, 2020, at the DNREC Offices in New Castle. The hearing concerned the Agilent Technologies, Inc., application for a 7 DE Admin, Code 1102 Natural Minor Permit for an ultrasonic vapor degreaser at their Newport, Delaware location.
