The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control’s Groundwater Discharges Section (DNREC-GWDS) has cancelled the public hearing (Hearing Docket #2020-P-W-0007) on Midway Service Inc.’s permit amendment to their Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit to include Clean Delaware, Inc. as a disposal facility for septage and holding tank waste.
A public hearing will be held on the below application on Thursday, March 19, 2020, beginning at 6:00 PM at the Milford High School, located at 1019 N Walnut Street, Milford, DE 19963. For additional information on this public hearing, visit https://de.gov/dnrechearings.
Notice is hereby given that Midway Service Inc. has applied to DNREC-GWDS for a permit amendment to include Clean Delaware, Inc. as a disposal facility for septage and holding tank waste. This permit will regulate the transportation on public roads.
