The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control’s Groundwater Discharges Section (DNREC-GWDS) will conduct a public hearing (Hearing Docket #2019-P-W-0030) on Allen Harim Foods LLC’s (AHF) permit application to transport other non-hazardous liquid waste to be disposed of at the Allen Harim Harbeson Wastewater Treatment Plant (Harbeson WWTP).
A public hearing will be held on the below application on Wednesday, January 8, 2020, beginning at 6:00 PM at the Indian River Senior Center, located at 214 Irons Ave, Millsboro, DE 19966 (behind Wawa). For additional information on this public hearing, visit de.gov/dnrechearings.
Notice is hereby given that Allen Harim Foods LLC has applied to DNREC-GWDS for a permit to transport non-hazardous liquid waste (poultry wash water) to the Allen Harim Harbeson Watewater Treatment Plant. This permit will regulate the transportation on public roads.
