The DNREC Groundwater Discharges Section will conduct a public hearing (Docket #2019-P-W-0030) on Allen Harim Foods LLC’s permit application to transport other non-hazardous liquid waste to be disposed of at the Allen Harim Harbeson Wastewater Treatment Plant. (Public Comment Period Closed)

Allen Harim Foods LLC has applied for a permit to transport non-hazardous liquid waste (poultry wash water) to the Allen Harim Harbeson Watewater Treatment Plant. This permit will regulate the transportation on public roads.
