Wastewater Facilities Construction Permit Application: Sussex County

Sussex County proposes to construct three sanitary sewer pump stations and flow control structures at the Bridgeville Wastewater Treatment Facility, the Heritage Shores Community in Bridgeville, and at the Dolby Farm along Rt. 13 in Seaford. The purpose of the proposed pump stations is to transmit sanitary sewer flow from Greenwood and Bridgeville to the City of Seaford’s sewer system and treatment facility.

Sussex County has applied for a permit to build a regional pump station to serve the Headwater Cove, the future subdivisions of Acadia and Beach Tree, the existing Wyndam subdivision, and several parcels located in Indian River Hundred. The pump station will be located in the approved Headwater Cove Subdivision.
