Pending Hazardous and/or Non-Hazardous Solid Waste Transporter Permits

The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Waste and Hazardous Substances, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from 10 companies to transport regulated RCRA hazardous waste and/or non-hazardous solid waste in, out of, or through the state of Delaware.

Atlantic Concrete Company, Inc. Status Decision

The Secretary of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control has, in consideration of the status decision application, public comments received, previous status decisions and consultation with legal counsel, determined Atlantic Concrete Company does require a permit under the Coastal Zone Act for a project.
