The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean-up 215-219 N Tatnall St. (DE-1808) located at 215-219 N Tatnall St. in Wilmington. The Site is approximately 0.1 acres and is currently undeveloped, but previously contained rowhouses.

215-219 N Tatnall St. will be subject to the following remedial actions: the development of the Contaminated Materials Management Plan (CMMP), the recording of an Environmental Covenant restricting groundwater withdrawal, and compliance with the CMMP.
