A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: Baker MMW Investments Docking Facilities (2021.0026)
MMW Investments, LLC proposes to remove existing, deteriorated docking facilities and construct new docking facilities at 640 Pilottown Road, Lewes, Delaware (Tax Map Parcel #3-35-4.14-94.00). New docking facilities will include two 25’ by 4’ gangways, one 24’ by 6’ floating pier, one 10’ by 6’ floating pier section, one 6’ by 45’ floating dock, and five free-standing mooring pilings. A 4’6” section of the existing wooden bulkhead will be relocated.
