Notice has been given that:

Suppi Construction, Inc., requests a Construction Permit for the installation of one (1) Portable Impact Crusher at 1250 Porter Roard, Bear, New Castle County, Delaware. The portable Impact Crusher is the Rubble Master (RM100) Crusher rated at 275 ton per hour and powered by a Tier 4 John Deere 315 hoursepower diesel engine. The portable Impact Crusher will be permitted to emit 0.26 TPY of NOx, 0.004 TPY of SOx, 2.26 TPY of CO, 0.12 TPY of THC, and 0.21 TPY of PM by Permit: APC-2023/0062-CONSTRUCTION

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending June 5, 2023. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
