Notice has been given that:

Mountaire Farms of Delaware Inc., requests a (construction) permit to construct or operate ten (10) 35,000 bushel each AG Bags, to store grain at their Harrington Grain Facility, 615 Fairground Road, Harrington, Kent County facility. The AG Bag operation will be permitted to emit 0.24 TPY PM10 by Permit# APC-2024/0016-CONSTRUCTION.

The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending September 11, 2023. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
