Notice has been given that:
Crossroads Land Tech, LLC, requests a Temporary Construction/Operation Permit for the operation of a portable concrete crushing system at 30548 Thorogoods Road, Dagsboro, Sussex County, Delaware. The portable concrete crushing system, consisting of a 2021 Powerscreen PremierTrak R400X Jaw Crusher, a 2019 Powerscreen Warrior 1800 Scalping Screener and a Cross-Tech Stacker, will be permitted to emit 1.71 TPY of NOX, 0.12 TPY of SOX, 1.4 TPY of CO, 0.16 TPY of VOC, and 1.33 TPY of PM by Permit # APC-2022/0089-CONSTRUCTION/OPERATION (Temporary).

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending July 25, 2022. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
