Permit Application

Notice has been given that:

CH+N Site Construction, Inc. requests a 7 DE Admin. Code 1102 natural minor permit to construct portable crushing, screening, and conveying equipment to recycle material from residential construction at 400 Hercules Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808. The portable crushing, screening, and conveying equipment will be permitted to emit 1.43 tons per year (TPY) of particulate matter (PM), 5.01 TPY of nitrogen oxides (NOx), 6.84 TPY of carbon monoxide (CO), 0.01 TPY of sulfur dioxide (SO2), 0.51 TPY of volatile organic compounds (VOC), and 5.58 TPY of hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) by Permit:APC-2023/0089-CONSTRUCTION.

The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending September 18, 2023. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
