The Division of Waste and Hazardous Substances proposes to amend Delaware’s Regulations Governing Hazardous Substance Cleanup (7 DE Admin. Code 1375). This regulatory amendment process started with DNREC Start Action Notice 2023-06.
The Regulatory Subcommittee meeting will focus on proposed amendments to Section 1.0, General Provisions.
The Hazardous Substance Cleanup Act (HSCA) Advisory Committee advises the Division of Waste and Hazardous Substances on rules, policies, and procedures relating to the cleanup and re-use of hazardous waste sites.
This will be a hybrid meeting, with an in-person option at the DNREC Offices in New Castle and a virtual option via TEAMS.
