This meeting of the Delaware Clean Water Trust Oversight Committee has been canceled due to inclement weather.

This will be a hybrid meeting with an in-person option in the Secretary’s Conference Room at the DNREC Offices in Dover (limited space), and a virtual option to be announced.

The Delaware Clean Water Trust Oversight Committee works to coordinate state programs that impact the quality of the State’s water resources. It was created by the Clean Water for Delaware Act (83 Del. Law c. 84), to advise the Governor and the General Assembly, provide oversight of the Clean Water Trust account and publish an annual report and strategic plan for clean water.
