Federal Consistency Determinations have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following:

The Hamlet of Tillery, Long Branch Rd Bridgeville (2020.0001)

The Foundation of Eldercare proposes the use of U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development (USDA) funds to support the construction of single-family homes on 27.01 acres located at Long Branch Road in Bridgeville, Sussex County, DE.

Morningside Village II Subdivision Bridgeville (2020.0002)

The Foundation for Eldercare proposes the use of U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development (USDA) funds to support the construction of 21 single-family homes located at Greg Avenue, Madelyn Avenue, Edward Drive, and Lauren Avenue in Bridgeville, Sussex County, DE
