The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, will conduct a public hearing for a permit application submitted by Artesian Wastewater Management, Inc. of Newark, Delaware, to construct approximately five thousand, five hundred and eighty nine linear feet of sixteen inch (5,589 LF of 16”) PVC C900 forcemain. The forcemain will be constructed from the Sussex Regional Recharge Facility (SRRF), formerly known as Artesian Northern Sussex Regional Water Reclamation Facility (ANSRWRF), located north of Milton, Sussex County, Delaware, and run northwards parallel to Isaacs Road (Rt. 30), then northwest and parallel to Reynolds Pond Road (SCR 231). Near the intersection of Reynolds Pond Road and Isaacs Road, the proposed forcemain will branch into two segments, one segment will cross Reynolds Pond Road and run north to a spray field and the other segment will cross Isaacs Road and run west to another spray field.

The public hearing will be held on June 13, 2019 at 6pm at the Mariner Middle School, located at 16391 Harbeson Rd, Milton, DE 19968. The purpose of the hearing is to provide the public an opportunity to comment on the aforementioned permit application. Only comments directly related to this permit application will be accepted during the public hearing.
