Proposed Plan of Remedial Action for the Paulsen Property Site (DE-1712)

The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean-up the Paulsen Property Site located in Laurel, Delaware. The Site historically operated as a dairy distribution warehouse requires removal of an underground storage tank and groundwater use restriction.  The site is proposed to be redeveloped for residential use.
