Federal Consistency Determinations have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following:

USDA FSA Maple Branch Rd Farm Ellendale (2020.0045) 

The USDA Farm Service Agency proposes to provide financial assistance for the construction of six 61′ by 600′ poultry houses, a manure shed, composter and related infrastructure at Maple Branch Road Farm in Ellendale, Sussex County, Delaware, tax map parcel 135-3.00-2.01. The project would include moving an existing utility line to the western side of the property and demolition of old poultry houses and structures on the property.
