Notice has been given that:

Cambridge Constructors requests permission to add a Sandvik QJ341 Jaw Crusher and a Kolberg-Pioneer FT4250 Horizontal Shaft Impactor to their existing portable non-metallic mineral processing plant located at 801 Boxwood Road, Wilmington, Delaware. Permit: APC-2020/0077-Construction/Operation, will limit the facility’s total hours of operation to 1760 hours, and emissions to less than 2.6 tons of PM, 2.0 tons of CO, 3.2 tons of NO_x, 0.01 ton of SO_x, and 0.13 ton of THC.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending March 9, 2020.  A request for a hearing shall be in writing.  The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
