The Hazardous Substance Cleanup Act (HSCA), 7 Del. C. § 9107 (a)(1), requires the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) to provide “public notification within 20 days after entering into negotiations for a voluntary cleanup settlement agreement with any person that agrees to perform a remedy.”

As required by 7 Del. C. §9107(a)(1), DNREC advises that it is negotiating a voluntary cleanup settlement agreement with Apennine Development Co., LLC regarding the Eden Hill Farm Site (DE-1714) located in Dover, DE.  The Site requires remedial action due to historic activities on site.   For Site-specific information, please see DNREC’s Environmental Navigator at www.nav.dnrec.delaware.gov/DEN3.
