The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), Division of Watershed Stewardship, manages the Clean Water Act, Section 319 Grant through the Division’s Nonpoint Source (NPS) Program. The NPS Program is currently soliciting proposals for implementation project funding for federal fiscal year 2020. Preference will be given to implementation projects designated in areas that have approved Watershed Plans that reduce nonpoint source pollutants responsible for impaired water quality. All proposals must be formatted in Microsoft Word and submitted electronically on the appropriate application form which may be obtained on the web-site below or by calling (302) 739-9922.
