The DNREC Division of Climate, Coastal, & Energy (DCCE) will conduct a public hearing on the proposed amendments to Delaware Administrative Code 2101: Regulations for State Energy Conservation Code (Docket #2019-R-CCE-0020). These amendments are being proposed to adopt the 2018 International Energy Conservation Code (2018 IECC) and American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers Standard 90.1-2016 (ASHRAE 2016) in their entirety as the statewide energy conservation code.
The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2019, beginning at 6:00 PM at DNREC’s office located at 89 Kings Highway, Dover, DE.
The proposed amendments may be inspected at DNREC’s office located at 100 W. Water Street, Dover, DE, and online as of November 1, 2019 at http://regulations.delaware.gov/services/current_issue.shtml
