The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean-up the Swain Property located in Milford, Delaware. The Site was once used as an undocumented solid waste dump, auto repair facility, and recreational business, the Site requires a proposed remediation that includes the hot-spot removal,  recording of an Environmental covenant on the property restricting site use, restricting groundwater withdraw, compliance with an approved contaminated materials management plan, and submittal of a Remedial Action Completion report
