Longview Sawgrass, LLC has requested an irrigation allocation for one proposed agricultural well. The maximum daily withdrawal for the well will be 504,000 gallons per day. The well will be located west of Rehoboth Beach in Sussex County, near the intersection of Conwell and Creekside Dr. Tax parcel 3-34-18.00-416.00.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received by April 22, 2019, at 4:30 p.m. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
