Ockels Acres, LLC has requested an irrigation allocation for two existing irrigation wells. The maximum daily withdrawal for the wells are 864,000 gallons per day. The wells will be located northeast of Ellendale in Sussex County, near the intersection of Ponder and Church Branch Rd. Tax parcel 2-30-20.00-28.00.
Ockels Acres, LLC has requested an irrigation allocation for three existing irrigation wells. The maximum daily withdrawal for the wells are 2,448,000 gallons per day. The wells will be located northeast of Ellendale in Sussex County, near the intersection of Smith and Goose Rd. Tax parcels 2-30-21.00-21.00 and 2-30-28.00-8.01.
Ockels Acres, LLC has requested an irrigation allocation for one existing irrigation well. The maximum daily withdrawal for the well is 1,008,000 gallons per day. The wells will be located north of Milton in Sussex County, near the intersection of Reynolds Pond and Cedar Creek Rd. Tax parcel 2-35-7.00-8.00.
Ockels Acres, LLC has requested an irrigation allocation for two existing irrigation wells. The maximum daily withdrawal for the wells are 1,612,800 gallons per day. The wells will be located southwest of Milton in Sussex County, near the intersection of Sand Hill and Donovan Rd. Tax parcel 2-35-19.00-31.00 and 2-35-24.00-9.00.
Ockels Acres, LLC has requested an irrigation allocation for two existing irrigation wells. The maximum daily withdrawal for the wells are 2,304,000 gallons per day. The wells will be located southwest of Georgetown in Sussex County, near the intersection of Warrington and Asbury Rd. Tax parcel 2-31-11.00-23.00 and 1-35-22.00-7.00.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received by April 15, 2019, at 4:30 p.m. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
