Project Description: Sand Hill, LLC proposes to install a pump station, approximately nine thousand seven hundred and sixty-one feet (9761 ft) gravity sewer to serve a 180-lot single family residential subdivision with a pool and pool house located on the southside of Sand Hill Rd. in the Town of Milton. The sewer infrastructure is to be owned and maintained by Artesian Wastewater Management, Inc. The sewage will flow from the pump station in an eight inch (8 in) force main and discharge into an existing sixteen inch (16 in) force main along Gravel Hill Road.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 14 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
